TERNA ENERGY, a member of the MASDAR Group, is seeking: Project Manager (Renewable Energy Construction) Key Responsibilities: Organizes, coordinates, and supervises the construction of Wind and Solar PV projects, ensuring timely and successful project delivery in accordance with approved budgets, schedules, and technical specifications. Develops and manages project budgets, ensuring cost control and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Prepares and maintains project schedules, monitors progress, and implements corrective actions when necessary to achieve project milestones. Identifies, evaluates, and manages suppliers and contractors for the procurement of materials and execution of construction activities, while overseeing the implementation of related contracts. Reviews engineering studies and designs, proactively identifying potential issues, omissions, or inconsistencies and coordinating the required corrective actions. Coordinates site teams in collaboration with Site Managers, ensuring efficient execution of construction activities. Monitors construction progress and resolves technical issues that may arise during project implementation. Prepares material quantity take-offs and reviews or approves subcontractor certifications and payment applications. Produces daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and provides regular updates to the Construction Director regarding project status and key developments. Liaises with external stakeholders, including transmission and distribution operators, telecommunications providers, local authorities, municipalities, and local communities to facilitate project execution. Ensures compliance with technical standards, quality requirements, health and safety regulations, and company procedures throughout project execution. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the construction and management of Renewable Energy projects. Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects and coordinating contractors and subcontractors. Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Project is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Terna-Energy
