Financial Operations Analyst

We're partnering with a growing, fast-paced organization to add a Financial Analyst to their team. This role sits at the intersection of finance and operations , supporting leadership with actionable insights that drive performance, efficiency, and decision-making across a dynamic operating environment. Key Responsibilities: Partner closely with operations leadership to analyze financial and operational performance Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reporting that provides visibility into key business and financial metrics Lead budgeting and forecasting support, translating operational activity into financial projections Perform variance analysis (budget vs. actual) and communicate key drivers and insights to stakeholders Maintain and enhance KPI tracking and reporting related to operational and financial performance Review and analyze weekly expenses, identifying discrepancies and working cross-functionally to resolve issues Support month-end close and reporting accuracy, including reconciliations and validation of financial data Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and operational efficiencies Assist with improving financial reporting tools, processes, and systems to increase visibility and decision support Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to support both internal and external stakeholders Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, operational finance, or accounting with strong analytical exposure Proven ability to work with large data sets and translate operational activity into financial insights Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) Background in distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or similar operational environments is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
