6AM City, LLC is seeking a Rapid Housing Initiative Case Manager to deliver intensive case management and housing stability services to adults experiencing chronic homelessness in the Metro Atlanta area. You will work within a Housing First team to connect individuals with community resources and permanent supportive housing. The role requires at least 2 years in housing/case management, a Bachelor's or Peer Specialist credential, and a commitment to Harm Reduction. #J-18808-Ljbffr 6AM City, LLC
