Physical Therapist (PT) - General

Physical Therapist

Schedule: 5x8, Days

Assignment Details: Guaranteed hours: 70 hours per 2 weeks (may be called off for one 10-hour shift per 2 weeks)

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year clinical experience
• Required certifications/licensure: BLS, Alaska PT license (compact license must be in hand at submission)
• Preferred: Experience in pediatrics/adolescents
• Key clinical skills: Acute care, outpatient, and skilled nursing facility therapy skills
• Charting system: Epic

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy services in outpatient, acute care, and skilled nursing facility settings
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions
• Manage wound care and lymphedema therapy
• Assist patients with gait training, transfers, mobility, and activities of daily living (ADL) training
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care
