Production Worker Requirements: Minimum of 3 months of manufacturing, production, or industrial experience required. Heavy industrial or metal fabrication experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production equipment. Ability to lift to 50 pounds and repeatedly lift to 35 pounds. Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the entire shift. Reliable attendance, dependable work ethic, and positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment. Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

Production Worker Job Duties: Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently. Perform assembly, fabrication, and general manufacturing tasks. Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met. Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area. Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist with equipment setup and basic troubleshooting as needed. Meet daily production goals while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
