Project Manager, EPMO

Role Description

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Project Manager, EPMO to join our team! The Project Manager, EPMO will perform such functions as:

• Budget forecasting
• Resource plans
• Communication plans
• Project plans
• Business cases
• Other project artifacts necessary to achieve success

The Project Manager will lead project team members across IT and business units to achieve all project goals within the given constraints of scope, time, and budget. When risks to these constraints arise, the Project Manager will:

• Collaborate proactively with the business sponsor to request a project change
• Identify risk management, solution alternatives, budget estimations, vendor contract modifications, and/or other critical analysis

The Project Manager’s role includes:

• Reporting progress in comparison to plan to all necessary stakeholders regularly
• Analyzing variances
• Providing visibility into potential and actual risks proactively
• Identifying action plans to manage variances as necessary
• Using Project Management tools to communicate to project teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Planning and scheduling initiatives for roll-out consistent with strategic vision and goals
• Evaluating project effectiveness on a retrospective, concurrent, and prospective basis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• Certification in project methodology or Agile certification preferred (i.e.: Six Sigma, PMP, PgMP, PfMP, CAPM, PMI-PBA, PMI-ACP, PMI-RMP)
• 5 years’ experience in enterprise projects from initiation to implementation that include IT and data elements required
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies required
• Experience with core software applications, including Teams, Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint required
• Experience with Project tracking tools (MS Project, ADO, PPM Pro, Smartsheets) required
• 3 years healthcare or pharmacy benefits industry practices and HIPAA knowledge required
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees

Requirements

• Identify, document, and achieve expected outcomes by collaborating with business areas, subject matter experts (SMEs), Reinforcing Leadership Sponsors, and Authorizing Executive Sponsors
• Identify and execute technical needs of the project; serve as an Agile Epic Owner
• Establish business case for evaluation by the Senior Leadership team
• Schedule and facilitate necessary project meetings to ensure progress and alignment with all stakeholders
• Adhere to the project framework including creation and preservation of artifacts
• Lead issue management and report issues and proposed solutions to those impacted
• Ensure solutions are adequately tested and necessary documentation has been completed and socialized
• Identify stakeholders and provide necessary support and communication for successful change management
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Situational on-call and/or travel may be required
• Other duties as assigned

Pay Range: USD $85,063.95 - USD $104,372.94 /Yr.
