They interact with customers and other staff in a cordial, efficient, and professional manner and take guests’ orders, collect payments following company policies and procedures. Uniform and safety requirements: The team member must wear the DQ Tyler approved uniform, arrive on time, and adhere to a drug‑free, professional workplace. Hair must be natural color, tucked into a DQ approved hat or visor; nails must be natural length. No visible tattoos, piercings, or jewelry except a solid band ring and solid sport‑type watch. The uniform must match company standards. Physical and scheduling requirements: The position requires lifting up to 25 lbs., standing and moving for the majority of the shift, and working flexible schedules that include days, nights, weekends, and some holidays. The environment is fast‑paced, requiring teamwork and the ability to interact with a variety of customers. Qualifications: The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in a food service or customer‑based business setting (preferred but not required). Ability to read and write English is required. Candidates with severe food allergens that could cause skin contact reactions must not apply for positions that may expose them to food allergens such as nuts, wheat, eggs, milk, soy, MSG, or food coloring.
