Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 Annually (DOE)

On Q Property Management is hiring a full-time Corporate Trainer at our Gilbert, AZ headquarters and the timing couldn't be better.

We're scaling fast, and this role reflects it. As a dynamic property management company, we're onboarding new team members at a rapid pace which means this is a high-volume training role where no two weeks look the same.

You'll design, develop, and deliver training programs at scale onboarding waves of new hires, developing existing talent, and building curriculum that keeps pace with a company that never slows down. The ideal candidate brings expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design, thrives under volume, and gets energized by the challenge of keeping a fast-growing workforce sharp and ready.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives
• Facilitate workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training to address skill gaps and promote continuous learning
• Collaborate with department heads and HR to conduct training needs assessments
• Implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs
• Develop and deliver onboarding programs for new employees to ensure a smooth organizational transition
• Incorporate technology and e-learning platforms to enhance training delivery and accessibility
• Develop and deliver training programs to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (is a bonus)

• 2+ years of experience as a Corporate Trainer or similar role

• Strong presentation and facilitation skills

• Excellent verbal communication, written communication, and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia tools
