CRAC Service Technician

We're seeking an experienced CRAC Service Technician to provide technical support for CRAC/CRAH and commercial HVAC equipment in a fast-paced, office-based environment. You'll troubleshoot system alarms, diagnose equipment issues, and guide customers through corrective actions over the phone with no travel required. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of HVAC, CRAC/CRAH, or data center cooling experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read wiring diagrams and control schematics. This opportunity offers $30-$50/hr plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and educational assistance.

Required:

• 2+ years of experience with CRAC/CRAH units, HVAC systems, or data center cooling equipment
• Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, airflow management, and humidity control
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, control schematics, and technical manuals
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
