We are Payment Hub a division of the Capital Markets business We are responsible for the development marketing and delivery of our Corporate Payments solutions and services in Globally.
Our division focuses on Enterprise clients usually large corporations and Tier 3 banks It is built around 3 pillars Product Management Product Development and Professional Services We provide them with solutions and the services to centralize their treasury and payments processes consolidate and interconnect their back office and banking landscape in order to gain more control over their finances and capital.
Within Professional Services our team of 100 consultants in locations across the globe manages approximatively 350 engagements yearly from consultancy and support pool of days to large first implementation upgrades and global rollouts
Over the past years we evolved our approach from running software development projects to growing our standard product and building service catalogues around it. Our focus is business value over IT and working on making the IT as transparent as possible engaging with business stakeholders at our clients and working on creating value out of our solutions whether through automation of processes overall reduction of operating costs or better visibility on cash and better management of risks including Fraud risks
