Nurse Practitioner

Pay: $105,000 - $120,000 Location: Multiple clinical settings, including offices, outpatient dialysis centers, and hospitals (float between practices, hospitals, and dialysis centers) Summary Seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive nephrology care in diverse clinical environments. The role involves managing patients with chronic kidney disease, end-stage renal disease, hypertension, and related conditions. The NP will collaborate with nephrologists and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple settings. This position offers a remote work structure with a focus on in-person patient care at various facilities, providing a dynamic and enriching work environment. Requirements Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Current and unrestricted RN and APN licenses in applicable states Certification as a Nurse Practitioner from an approved organization DEA registration (if required) BLS certification; ACLS preferred Prior experience in nephrology, dialysis, or internal medicine preferred; dialysis experience is a plus but not mandatory Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with kidney-related illnesses in office settings and dialysis centers Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and monitor patient progress Review laboratory results and diagnostic imaging, adjusting care accordingly Provide patient and family education on kidney disease management, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications Coordinate care with nephrologists, other healthcare providers, and dialysis teams Perform dialysis rounds, monitor treatment efficacy, and manage complications in outpatient settings Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records, ensuring compliance and quality standards Participate in interdisciplinary team activities, including clinical conferences and quality improvement initiatives Benefits Competitive salary within the range of $105,000 - $120,000 Opportunity to work in a variety of healthcare environments with a collaborative team Convenient location and a great management team fostering professional growth and job satisfaction Significant patient care responsibilities across multiple clinical settings The position is 100% on-site, with flexible site assignments for varied clinical exposure #J-18808-Ljbffr
