Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for mental health diagnoses, subsequently developing and implementing personalized treatment plans in accordance with established company protocols.

• Maintain a dynamic caseload of 25-30 client sessions weekly, delivering exceptional therapeutic services and ensuring thorough documentation for each session, including treatment plan reviews and clinical case notes.

• Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to harmonize services, coordinating care with case managers, families, medical professionals, and educators as needed.

• Utilize creative and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help clients articulate their goals and surpass their therapeutic objectives.

• Deliver high-quality customer service, creating an inviting atmosphere for clients and encouraging sustained engagement with our services.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele consisting of individuals, couples, children, adolescents, and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
