- Breaking down complex projects
- Identifying risk before it becomes a problem
- Finding smarter, more competitive ways to build
- Turn drawings and specs into clear, accurate, competitive estimates
- Drive take-offs, vendor pricing, and scope development
- Ask the questions others miss-and get ahead of issues early
- Work directly with clients, designers, and internal teams to tighten scope and uncover value engineering opportunities
- Build proposals that don't just check boxes-but win work
- Set up Project Managers for success with clean, complete handoffs
- Someone who is wired for details and accountability
- Someone who takes ownership-not just direction
- Someone who can move fast without sacrificing accuracy
- Someone who likes solving problems more than pointing them out
