Clark Hill PLC is seeking an associate attorney with 3–5 years of experience for its Immigration practice. Positions are available in Pittsburgh, Detroit, Austin, Collin County, or Atlanta offices. Ideal candidates will handle H-1Bs, PERMs, I-140s, AOS, L-1s, TNs and related matters, advising clients directly and preparing petitions for USCIS submission.
