You’ll collaborate with the General Manager to manage daily operations, maintain service quality, train, and develop team members, and ensure the service center remains clean, safe, and presentable. How You Will Drive Success Work directly with the General Manager to ensure consistent revenue growth by increasing guest count and improving performance metrics such as core sales mix, MultiCare, and Core Plus. Coach and execute excellent customer service, creating an exceptional guest experience. Set a positive example as a leader, building team engagement and efficiency. Develop teammates using the internal training program, providing ongoing coaching and direction. Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed consistently. Carry out other duties and projects such as inventory, cash handling processes, guest issues, and concerns, and work with the District Manager on critical initiatives. Assist the General Manager with budgeting, sales forecasts, financial performance, expense controls, and other financial tasks. Provide clear and detailed direction to the team consistently. Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable service center per the Guide to Excellence (GTE). Provide guidance and mentoring to automotive technicians and Customer Service Associates (CSAs). Perform opening and closing duties when the General Manager is off. Assist in building and maintaining an engaged workforce that reflects customer volume and business need. Lead daily team huddles and store meetings. Set direction for achieving business goals. Manage inventory and product orders that meet business needs. Adhere to and hold others accountable for rules and regulations that maintain a safe and productive work environment. Assist guests with their questions and needs, in person, electronically, or by telephone. Qualifications One to three years of retail management experience; professional automotive experience is not required. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups. Sound business sense and comprehensive understanding of the retail industry. Ability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results. Positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct and appearance at all times. Energetic in a fast‑paced, flexible, high‑performance retail environment. Guest‑first mindset. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Physical ability to stand on hard surfaces, lift and move work‑related items up to 50 pounds, and work in environments with hot and cold temperatures, loud noises, and exhaust fumes. Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future. Ability to perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
