They will be responsible for driving advertising revenue and partnerships with key clients in their Industry Portfolio, as well as ideating, selling, negotiating, and delivering fully integrated programs that will live across print, mobile, digital, and video platforms. This role serves as the Industry Ambassador at all key industry events and trade shows within the assigned territory.The Sales Executive Account Director will be the single point of contact for specific named accounts and business development accounts. They will lead the account planning; identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with key advertising decision-makers at agency and client levels throughout their client list. They will work collaboratively with the Brand Collection sales team and the Experiences team to identify new programs to engage existing clients as well as drive new business.Primary ResponsibilitiesActing as the single point of contact for named accountsDeveloping and managing short and long term account plans for named clientsCommunicating the entire CN One value proposition to Clients within their IndustryProviding industry insights and thought leadership to Brand CollectionsLeveraging industry-specific insights to grow Print, Digital, Video, Branded Content, and Experiential revenue across all collectionsCoordinating brand and product specialist resources to support the accountConverting specified business development accounts within the industry portfolioPenetrating existing accounts via sell through of Digital, Video, Branded Content, and Experiential Ad ProductsProviding accurate and timely business reporting, including revenue estimates, annual projections, and share of market analysisRequirements10+ years of experience of consultative integrated (multichannel) sales experience with demonstrated ability to navigate relationships with both clients and the agenciesStrategic, consultative selling experience with proven ability to navigate large and complex dealsProven experience in creating compelling and persuasive presentationsDesired Skills & QualificationsStrong relationships with print/digital/programmatic/PR agencies and key client accountsStrong relationships across their direct business and beyond. Expert negotiation skills with experience in high-level sales dealsExcellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively while also ensuring the accuracy of work through attention to detailExperience working for a highly branded property is a plusStrong communication skills (verbal and written) with the aptitude to communicate effectively in both individual and group settingsMust be results-driven, and take appropriate steps to achieve goals while taking ownership of situations as neededProven ability to deliver timely, accurate work products and demonstrate good follow up and follow-throughDrives change and innovation by improving work product or process, and challenges established norms where appropriateProven ability to build supportive and constructive relationships within and outside of the organizationThe expected base salary range for this position is from $174,000 - $230,000.
