About the Position

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a float pool capacity, rotating across all Med/Surg units as needed
• Monitor and assess patients on telemetry, identifying and responding to changes in cardiac status
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Document all patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using EPIC

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical / Telemetry nursing
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Proficiency in EPIC electronic health records system
• No time-off requests (RTO) can be accommodated during the contract period

• Prior float pool experience with demonstrated ability to adapt across multiple units
• Strong telemetry monitoring and interpretation skills
• Experience working in a high-volume acute care environment
