What You'll Do As our Inside Sales Representative, you will be the face and voice of our branch, serving our contractor and municipal clients with top-tier service.

• Customer First: Build lasting relationships with contractors and municipal workers at the sales counter and over the phone.
• Product Expertise: Help customers find the right underground piping, valves, and fittings for their specific job requirements.
• Order Management: Accurately process counter sales, phone orders, price quotes, and product inquiries.
• Problem Solving: Provide dependable solutions to keep local construction projects moving forward on schedule.

What We’re Looking For

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the construction, waterworks, or underground utility industry is required.
• Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and ready to support the team every day.
• Customer Focus: Friendly, approachable, and driven to go the extra mile for our clients.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills for face-to-face counter sales and phone consultations.

Work Schedule & Details

• Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Enjoy your weekends off!)
• Job Type: Full-Time, On-site
