Growing auto parts distributor is looking to hire an inside sales/service representative.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from wholesale and retail customers providing price, availability and delivery information.
- Provide exceptional customer service to wholesale and retail customers.
- Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction.
- Accurately process customer transactions.
- Apply company sales/returns/warranty policies.
Ideal Candidate will possess:
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Solid attention to detail
- Excellent work ethic and self-motivattion
- Listening skills, Phone skills, Resolving Conflict skills, Multi-Tasking skills
- Be stress tolerant
- Be a great team player with a pro-active mindset
- Previous sales/call center experience
Monthly bonus/commission opportunities based on performance. 2 weeks paid time off after 90 day probationary period. Signing bonus also available.
