Job Description

Growing auto parts distributor is looking to hire an inside sales/service representative.
Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls from wholesale and retail customers providing price, availability and delivery information.
Provide exceptional customer service to wholesale and retail customers.
Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction.
Accurately process customer transactions.
Apply company sales/returns/warranty policies.

Ideal Candidate will possess:

Solid attention to detail
Excellent work ethic and self-motivattion
Listening skills, Phone skills, Resolving Conflict skills, Multi-Tasking skills
Be stress tolerant
Be a great team player with a pro-active mindset
Previous sales/call center experience

Monthly bonus/commission opportunities based on performance. 2 weeks paid time off after 90 day probationary period. Signing bonus also available.
