We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Scaled Customer Success Manager to join our innovative education team. In this role, you will craft compelling onboarding programs and digital-first strategies that engage our K-12 school district partners, drive deep classroom platform adoption, and support our overall mission to bring safe, transformative technology tools to educators.
Scaled Onboarding & Activation
- Cohort Management : Guide a broad portfolio of school districts through onboarding, activation, and early wins via digital-first and one-to-many engagement strategies.
- Enablement Strategy : Design and deliver an end-to-end K-12 enablement roadmap, including live and on-demand webinars, virtual office hours, and structured lifecycle communications.
- Technical Onboarding : Guide district IT and administration teams through foundational technical setup, including Single Sign-On (SSO), workspace provisioning, and configuration, converting these processes into self-serve documentation.
- Data Governance & Privacy : Advise district leaders on data retention, audit logging, admin controls, and critical student data privacy regulations ( FERPA , COPPA ) to establish trusted deployments.
Content Creation & Community Growth
- Teacher-Facing Assets : Build and launch scalable educational resources, including classroom use-case libraries, lesson-aligned prompt guides, video walkthroughs, and quick-start kits.
- Train-the-Trainer Programs : Develop and execute training frameworks that equip school district instructional coaches, technology integration specialists, and teacher-leaders to scale internal platform expertise independently.
- Portfolio Health Tracking : Monitor technical activation and platform adoption signals across your portfolio to proactively deploy programmatic interventions for stalled accounts.
- Product & Feedback Loop : Capture, synthesize, and surface educator feedback, feature requests, and classroom friction points directly to Product and Engineering teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- EdTech Customer Success : Proven track record as a Customer Success Manager, Implementation Manager, or Enablement Manager specifically managing K-12 school district accounts .
- Scaled Architecture : Demonstrated experience running a one-to-many / scaled client portfolio utilizing digital adoption tools, webinars, and programmatic lifecycle campaigns.
- K-12 Governance & Privacy : Firm foundational understanding of school district IT environments, including SSO configuration , user provisioning, and FERPA/COPPA compliance .
- Curriculum & Asset Creation : Strong background in building educational content, train-the-trainer playbooks, instructional videos, or platform adoption toolkits for teachers.
- AI Fluency : A working understanding of modern AI capabilities, prompting frameworks, and the opportunities/constraints of using AI tools within an interactive educational setting.
- Autonomy & Communication : Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment and clearly articulate complex data governance and technical architecture concepts to non-technical educators.
