So, we are in the market for great communicators, intuitive problem solvers, and professionals energized by providing top-shelf customer service. Never worked in the tool and equipment space? Though experience with tools and rentals would be great, we are confident we can train you. Just be ready to bring the energy, a willingness to be coached, and have some professional experience and passion for delivering Top-Shelf customer service. What we do:

• Help our customers choose the right tools, equipment, and parts for their home and professional projects. 
• Help each other as teammates to assist every customer who calls or comes into our shop.
• Communicate clearly about orders, repairs, and product availability.
• Support the shop, delivery, and sales teams.
• Keep the showroom organized, stocked, and looking great.
• Handle payments and balance the cash drawer.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Our systems require comfortable use of computers and data entry.
• Mechanical knowledge is a plus (but not required)
• The following characteristics: Dependability, a team player, problem solver, multitasker, and dedication to success. 

What You Can Expect:

• Customer-facing, fast-paced environment
• On your feet most of the day
• Occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs)
• Some Saturdays required (no Sundays)
