Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Personal Trainer role based at a Crunch Fitness location in Vancouver, WA. The Personal Trainer will design and deliver safe, effective, and engaging individual and small-group training programs aligned with members’ fitness goals. Daily responsibilities include assessing member fitness levels, demonstrating proper exercise techniques, monitoring workouts, and providing ongoing coaching and motivation. The role also involves offering basic guidance on nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits, maintaining a clean and organized training area, and supporting club initiatives, member outreach, and retention efforts. The Personal Trainer is expected to build strong professional relationships with members, collaborate with club staff, and participate in continuing education to stay current with fitness best practices. Qualifications Personal Training and Fitness Instruction skills, with the ability to create individualized workout programs and coach members safely and effectively. Circuit Training and Sports Coaching skills to lead structured sessions, group workouts, and performance-oriented training. Knowledge of basic Nutrition principles to provide general guidance that supports members’ fitness goals. Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA) and current CPR/AED certification. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to inclusive, member-focused service. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented club environment. Previous experience in a gym or sports/fitness setting is preferred; passion for health, wellness, and continuous learning is essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
