About the Position

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and sales-minded professional to join our business sales team.

The B2B Sales Support Specialist will work closely with our Director of Sales to identify opportunities, prepare customer recommendations, process orders, and support customers throughout the sales process.

This is a sales-focused support role, not a traditional administrative position. As your knowledge and experience grow, you will have the opportunity to develop your own customer relationships, generate independent sales, and earn additional income through commission.

Wireless or Verizon experience is helpful but not required. We are looking for someone with strong sales ability, excellent follow-through, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

What You'll Do

•  Research sales opportunities within our existing customer base

•  Prepare clear recommendations showing customer savings, equipment options, and pricing

•  Support the Director of Sales with proposals and customer follow-up

•  Process orders and coordinate activations

•  Keep customers informed throughout the sales process

•  Handle routine customer service and account questions

•  Maintain accurate records, notes, and follow-up activity

•  Gradually develop independent sales opportunities

Compensation

•  $20-$25 per hour, or more based on experience

•  Commission opportunities as you develop your own sales
