APS is partnering with a reputable and growing company in search of a hands-on HR Manager. The HR Manager will serve as a trusted partner to leadership while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. You'll help drive company culture, ensure compliance, support employee development, and lead recruiting efforts.

Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 Benefits: Health, Life, 401k, PTO

Requirements of the HR Manager:

• 5+ years previous Human Resources experience with progressively increasing responsibility
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, employment practices, and compliance
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Deadline-driven with exceptional time management skills

Responsibilities of the HR Manager:

• Lead and oversee daily HR operations
• Serve as the primary HR contact for managers and employees
• Coach leaders on performance management, employee engagement, and best HR practices
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
• Administer employee compensation and benefits programs
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Support organizational development and HR strategy initiatives
• Generate reports on HR activities and team performance
• Manage employee relations, including grievances and conflict resolution
• Coordinate terminations, exit interviews, and related documentation
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Collaborate with external agencies and public services as needed
• Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned
