Senior Underwriter, Private Capital Acquisition Finance

U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Underwriter to join the Private Capital & Global Asset Management Group's PCAF team. You will lead underwriting on new transactions, manage deal teams, and drive portfolio management from initial read to close. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in banking, strong financial modeling (LBO, DCF), and leadership experience.
