Regional Vice President of Operations

With our continued growth and mission focus we are looking to add a Regional Vice President of Operations for the Mid-Atlantic Region.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Vice President of Operations to lead and oversee security operations across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. This leadership role will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, ensuring the highest standards of safety and security, and implementing strategic initiatives to support business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale operations, optimizing performance, and fostering a culture of security excellence. This position will require frequent travel between sites within the region (NJ and PA!)

Essential Job Duties

• Oversee and manage security operations within a designated region, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize operational performance, drive profitability, and elevate service delivery standards.
• Cultivate strong client connections and maintain open, responsive communication with staff and customers.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of operations managers and staff, promoting professional growth and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and execute long-term security initiatives that align with company objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Position Requirements

• 10+ years of experience at a senior leadership level.
• Security operations experience is required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation Range: The expected hiring range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience and location.
