Role Associate Director of Marketing responsible for developing and executing brand strategies for uniQure’s lead asset in the US, focusing on both HCP and patient engagement. Responsibilities create educational and promotional materials lead digital and CRM strategies collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Sales, and manage vendors provide market insights support product launch activities Requirements BA/BS in business, marketing, or science 10+ years in pharma/biotech with at least 5 years in U.S. pharmaceutical marketing, with experience in brand management and product launches in rare diseases preferred Skills strong leadership communication negotiation project management analytical abilities adept at cross-functional influence and regulatory review processes High-Value rare disease focus biologic asset pre-launch or in-line stage cross-functional collaboration digital and CRM strategy US market experience hybrid location with some onsite presence in Lexington Work setup primarily office-based with regular commute required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
