Job Description We are seeking a motivated Clean Energy Sales Engagement Associate to support outreach and sales efforts within the renewable energy and energy efficiency sector. This role serves as an initial point of contact for applicants or prospective customers and plays a key role in qualifying interest and scheduling next steps with the sales team. This position is ideal for individuals interested in clean energy, sustainability, or developing strong communication and sales skills in a growing energy-focused company. Responsibilities Contact applicants or prospective customers by phone Conduct brief screening conversations to assess interest, availability, and fit Provide a clear overview of the company and its clean energy and energy efficiency solutions Schedule interviews or follow-up appointments for qualified individuals Send follow-up emails or messages to contacts who did not answer calls Confirm appointments and manage reschedules Maintain accurate notes and updates in internal tracking or CRM systems Support the sales pipeline through consistent and professional communication Qualifications Strong verbal communication and listening skills Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new people Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Interest in renewable energy, sustainability, or the energy industry Ability to manage time independently and meet outreach goalsProfessional phone presence Preferred Qualifications Experience in sales, customer service, outreach, or call-based roles Coursework or interest in environmental science, engineering, sustainability, or energy Familiarity with CRM, ATS, or scheduling tools Bilingual abilities Application Process After submitting your application, selected candidates will be contacted by phone for a brief screening conversation.
