Senior Legal Counsel, Contracts & Acquisitions

The Ohio Department of Medicaid, part of the State of Ohio, is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel (Attorney 5) in its Contracts & Acquisitions unit in Columbus. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex contracts and procurement documents to support Medicaid programs.
The ideal candidate will be admitted to the Ohio Bar with at least 18 months of licensed attorney experience and 6 months supervisory experience, and will work both independently and with teams to ensure
