• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with a Master's degree in PA Studies- REQUIRED
• NCCPA Certified - REQUIRED no exceptions
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - REQUIRED no exemption, required at presentation
• Unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant in the State of Colorado - REQUIRED
• Must be eligible for DEA and Medicare/Medicaid provider status - REQUIRED
• Clean malpractice/license history - HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Must have no sanctions/exclusions from HHS/OIG or GSA - REQUIRED
• Must hold BLS (note in 'Additional Submission Details' field) no exemptions - REQUIRED
• Experience: 2 years of trauma surgery preferred OR completion of surgical fellowship - HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Physician Assistant Certification (PA-C) from NCCPA
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA or American Red Cross
• Unrestricted Physician Assistant license - State of Colorado

• Annual salary ranges from $136,822 to $179,379, based on experience
• Eligible to earn up to $10,000 annually through the Quality Value Incentive Plan (QVIP)
