Warehouse Supervisor

Home improvement distributor in Atlanta / Norcross area, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations. This role currently manages a small team of 2-3 people, with great potential for further growth depending on performance.

Pay & Schedule

$45,000 to $50,000 per year
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, onsite
Some Saturdays and OT required

What You'll Do

Manage a small team of 2-3 people
Load and unload trucks, containers, and delivery vehicles
Move, stack, and organize products
Pick, pack, label, and prepare shipments
Check incoming and outgoing products for damage, quantity, and accuracy
Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies
Coordinate loading and unloading with carriers, vendors, and suppliers
Prepare and verify shipping documentation, bills of lading, packing lists, and customs forms as needed
Resolve shipping discrepancies, delays, or damages with the Logistics Manager and internal teams
Maintain logistics records

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years previous warehouse and logistics experience in a supervisory role
Familiarity with logistics software, TMS platforms, or shipping carrier portals
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask across warehouse and logistics responsibilities
