Key Responsibilities Design and execute seasonal menus that showcase the finest local ingredients while reflecting Dijiwa's luxury boutique identity and Indonesian heritage Lead, mentor, and inspire the kitchen team to deliver consistent excellence in food quality, presentation, and service Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation in accordance with international regulations Manage kitchen operations efficiently, including inventory control, cost management, and budget adherence Collaborate closely with the F&B Director and management team to align culinary offerings with guest experience goals Conduct regular quality assessments and actively seek guest feedback to continuously enhance the dining experience Innovate and introduce signature dishes that position Bleu MATHIS as a premier culinary destination in the region Represent Dijiwa Sanctuaries with professionalism and warmth, embodying our commitment to exceptional guest experiences #J-18808-Ljbffr
