Hotel Front Desk Receptionist

Description We are searching for an enthusiastic, service-focused hotel front desk agent to join our guest services team. You'll welcome guests, manage accounts, answer inquiries, and field complaints to ensure we deliver an excellent experience to every guest. You will bring excellent communication skills and a passion for putting our guests first. If you love interacting with people in a positive work environment, apply now! Responsibilities • Monitor and respond to hotel email promptly and professionally
• Conduct regular property walks to ensure cleanliness, safety, and a peaceful environment
• Walk hallways periodically to remove trash and linen and address concerns quickly
• Restock and maintain a clean, organized marketplace
• Assist with light room inspections before placing rooms back in service
• Support housekeeping with room turns during high occupancy
