We are seeking a motivated and hands-on General Manager to lead a high-volume fast-casual Mediterranean/Middle Eastern restaurant located in a university dining environment. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including team leadership, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence during a demanding 32-week peak season.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations to ensure outstanding guest service and operational excellence.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility, including sales, labor, food cost, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Drive profitability while maintaining exceptional food quality and hospitality standards.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Monitor restaurant performance and implement operational improvements.
• Resolve guest concerns and maintain high guest satisfaction scores.
• Foster a positive, high-performance culture focused on accountability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive restaurant management experience.
• 2+ years leading supervisors, managers, or large hourly teams.
• Experience in high-volume fast-casual, QSR, or campus dining operations preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Experience managing P&L, labor, food cost, inventory, and financial performance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to work up to 60 hours per week during the 32-week peak operating season.
