Caregiver / HCA – Windsor

Interim HealthCare of Sonoma & Marin is looking for compassionate, reliable Caregivers and Home Care Aides (HCAs) to provide quality in-home care and support to clients in Windsor and the surrounding areas .

We offer a variety of shifts, including shorter shifts and weekend opportunities, with the potential to increase shift length over time.

What You'll Do

As a Caregiver or HCA, your responsibilities may include:

Assisting clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Providing companionship and emotional support
Helping with light housekeeping and meal preparation
Assisting with mobility and promoting client safety
Running errands as needed
Following individualized care plans and communicating with the care team
Providing compassionate, dependable care that helps clients remain safe and comfortable in their own homes

Compassionate, dependable, and patient
Experienced in caregiving, home care, or as an HCA preferred, but not required
Reliable and professional
Able to provide dependable transportation
