SKILLS REQUIRED

Primary (Must-Have):

• Hands-on experience with ACI MTS (installation, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting) | IBM MQ

• Oracle Database management and setup (ENTIA, Oracle, DB2, RGW setup)

• Linux, UNIX/AIX platform proficiency | VI, Unix commands, Shell scripting

• Experience in Banking Wire Transfer Payments Processing Domain | High-value and real-time payments E2E using MTS, UPF, and SWIFT/ISO message standards (PACS, PAIN, CAMT, Fedwire, CHIPS, T2, CHAPS)

Secondary (Good to Have):

• Knowledge in COBOL

• Experience with MTS Video, MTS ASI interface, and weekend support for production deployment releases

POSITION OVERVIEW

This role sits within the enterprise payment technology delivery department, reporting directly to the Delivery Manager. The consultant will solve critical integration and release challenges by providing hands-on technical and functional leadership for ACI Money Transfer System (MTS) implementations. Responsibilities include environment setup, end-to-end payment processing configuration, and coordinating complex deployment releases for high-value banking operations.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform ACI MTS installation, configuration, and deployment across lower and higher environments, managing MTS processes, lines, queues, and remote records.

• Handle database operations (Oracle, DB2) and IBM MQ integration while ensuring proper setup for MTS areas and Oracle RGW.

• Drive design, development, and deployment activities, including preparing SOD/EOD scripts and executing shake-out testing before turning environments over to QA.

• Analyze and resolve complex environmental issues while providing weekend support for production deployment releases.

• Manage end-to-end high-value and real-time payment processing using ACI MTS, UPF, and standard SWIFT/ISO messaging frameworks.
