Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a minimum of 5-10 years' of senior leadership experience in a relevant field. A bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding an advanced degree and a CAE credential. The role is fully remote, with the expectation of regular travel to board and strategy meetings, including occasional international travel. The Executive Director will work closely with the Board of Directors and the Board President, and must be prepared to take on the responsibilities of the position with energy and dedication.
