Job Description The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, ensuring safety, and managing patient needs during the night shift. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective treatment and support to patients. Responsibilities Administer medications and perform assessments on patients. Monitor patient vitals and report changes to the healthcare team. Assist with patient activities of daily living (ADLs). Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to plan and deliver treatment. Document patient care accurately and timely in the medical record. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current RN license valid in the state of practice. Experience in a clinical setting preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
