Regional Sales Manager – Engineered Pipe Products

Location: Remote / Home Office — Southeast U.S. or within 100 miles of the Jacksonville, FL plant
Territory: Southeast U.S., with occasional support for opportunities nationwide
Travel: Up to 50%
Compensation: Competitive base salary plus sales incentives and comprehensive benefits

The Opportunity

Build your territory, grow strategic partnerships, and turn technical expertise into sales success. We’re seeking a motivated Regional Sales Manager to expand sales of Weholite and a broader portfolio of pipe products throughout the Southeast.

This role combines new business development, distributor account management, and direct customer engagement. You’ll have the independence of a home office position, support from manufacturing and sales teams, and dedicated product training to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Drive revenue growth by identifying new customers, developing accounts, and expanding market opportunities.

• Strengthen existing distributor relationships and recruit new distribution partners.

• Build trusted customer relationships and recommend solutions that meet project needs.

• Develop competitive proposals through strategic pricing, freight planning, and coordination with inside sales.

• Deliver product presentations and training sessions, and represent the business at trade shows and industry events.

• Partner with manufacturing, customer service, and inside sales to coordinate quotes, orders, deliveries, and project execution.

• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and market reports to guide territory strategy.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of technical sales experience in fluid transfer products , such as pipes, fittings, valves, or related solutions.

• Demonstrated success managing distributor relationships and growing sales.

• A proactive “hunter” mindset , with confidence prospecting and developing new business.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to use sales data and market insights to identify opportunities and guide decisions.

• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and virtual meeting platforms.

• Ability to work independently from a home office and travel up to 50% .

• Willingness to complete approximately 3–6 months of product training and development .

Preferred Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
