Role Description This full-time, on-site Admin role is based at Miner Realty and Property Management LLC in Rome, NY. The Admin will manage daily office operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling incoming inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, organizing documents, and supporting real estate agents and leadership with clerical and executive administrative tasks. The Admin will prepare and update files, assist with data entry into internal systems, and ensure accurate record keeping for client information and property details. The role also involves coordinating office supplies, supporting basic marketing or communication tasks as needed, and contributing to a welcoming, organized workspace. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage office operations, documentation, and scheduling. Candidates should possess professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members. Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities to support leadership with calendar management, meeting coordination, and follow-up tasks. Candidates should possess proficiency with basic office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets) and comfort learning real estate or property management systems. Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in real estate, property management, or a customer-facing office setting is beneficial.
