Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create detailed treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring thorough documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and collaborate with clinical teams to develop and implement crisis and positive behavior support plans for clients in need.

• Formulate pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans to provide a cohesive treatment approach.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
\n
• Serve as a point of contact for relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate client access to necessary resources.

• Foster open lines of communication with clients and stakeholders to uphold our agency's mission and contract standards.
\n
• Build and maintain professional relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to enhance program visibility and secure funding opportunities.
\n
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including attending statewide meetings, task forces, and classes that relate to mental health initiatives.

• Promote and integrate the agency's mission, values, and principles into all aspects of your work.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director that align with the organization's objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMHC at Empowerment Pathways, you will work with diverse populations including individuals grappling with mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in the Mental Health field is mandatory, alongside an independent LMHC license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer:
