Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans that may include pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.

• Document all interactions and treatment processes in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with state regulatory standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate client needs and progress, collaborating with the clinical team to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Develop and implement positive behavior support plans in partnership with multidisciplinary teams and programs.
\n
• Serve as a liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate comprehensive care.

• Engage in ongoing communication with clients, families, and community stakeholders to uphold contract standards and enhance service delivery.

• Participate in agency-wide initiatives, licensing, and accreditation processes to ensure the quality and integrity of our services.

• Represent Inner Hope and Balance at statewide meetings, task forces, and professional development opportunities, advocating for mental health awareness and support.

Qualifications\n
