Mental Health Counselor

We are seeking experienced Senior Mental Health Counselors with a Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related health field. Key responsibilities include: Providing direct client care through treatment planning, individual, family, and group therapy Supporting the development and maintenance of clinical standards and quality services Serving as a resource for other clinicians, offering consultation, education, and mentorship Coordinating services with healthcare professionals, including physicians and ARNPs Engaging in client, family, peer, and community education Maintaining current knowledge aligned with program goals through professional development Qualifications and skills required: Alaska licensure as a Social Worker, Psychologist, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Professional Counselor upon hire Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience Advanced clinical skills and ability to mentor staff Strong communication and collaboration abilities This role offers full-time, part-time, and per diem positions with shifts including day and variable hours.
