Work Environment: On-Site – Office & Warehouse

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on IT Admin to join our client’s IT team and provide day-to-day technical support in an office and warehouse environment.

You do not need to be an expert in every area of IT. We are looking for someone who has a good technical foundation, is comfortable working with computer hardware, and knows how to troubleshoot problems.

You will work alongside an existing IT professional who can provide guidance and support as you learn the company’s systems and environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Set up computers, monitors, printers, label printers, and other equipment
• Troubleshoot computer and hardware issues
• Help employees with everyday technical problems
• Install and configure software and applications
• Troubleshoot Windows and common software issues
• Set up workstations for new employees
• Assist with user accounts, passwords, access, and permissions
• Troubleshoot printers and warehouse equipment connected to the network
• Help diagnose basic Wi-Fi, Ethernet, connectivity, and network issues
• Perform software updates and routine computer maintenance
• Assist with IT projects, equipment installations, and upgrades
• Provide hands-on IT support throughout the office and warehouse

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable working with computers and computer hardware
• Able to set up and troubleshoot PCs, printers, and other technology
• Familiar with Windows and common business software
• Basic understanding of computer networks and connectivity
• Able to troubleshoot and work through technical problems
• Good communication and customer-service skills
• Dependable, organized, and willing to learn
• Comfortable walking throughout an office and warehouse to provide support

Previous IT support, help desk, computer repair, technical support, or similar experience is helpful, but we are open to candidates with different levels of experience who have strong hands-on technical skills and a willingness to learn.

IT certifications or technical education are a plus, but not required .

A Good Fit Might Be Someone Who Has Worked As A:

IT Support Technician, Help Desk Technician, Desktop Support Technician, Computer Technician, IT Assistant, Junior IT Administrator, Technical Support Specialist, or similar hands-on technology role.
