Workforce Operations Coordinator

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour DOE

About the Role

We are seeking a Workforce Operations Coordinator to support a large semiconductor construction facility. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in HR, workforce administration, employee relations, staffing, or construction support who are looking for a career growth opportunity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and workforce databases
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee reassignments
• Generate headcount and workforce reports
• Coordinate employee timecards with clients
• Respond to employee questions and concerns
• Communicate workforce updates, events, and site changes
• Support employee performance discussions as needed
• Coordinate with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and internal departments
• Assist with compliance and safety documentation

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• 2+ years of Microsoft Office experience
• 1+ year of ERP, HRIS, or workforce management system experience
• HR, workforce coordination, staffing, or administrative experience preferred
• Construction, industrial, or manufacturing experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work between 5:30 AM and 4:00 PM as needed
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
