Job Category Retail Position Summary The Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) is a hybrid role that serves customers by assessing needs, recommending products or services, performing entry‑level vehicle services, and ensuring satisfaction. This role provides a pipeline for future career growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care. Pay Range $14.40 – $21.51 per hour Responsibilities Customer service, sales, and issue resolution – 75% Basic vehicle service tasks such as oil, tire, and fluid changes – 25% Store operations: opening/closing, inventory, displays – as needed Assisting the manager or acting as Manager‑On‑Duty when necessary Learning all aspects of store operations and flexing between front and back‑shop tasks Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Valid automobile driver's license Customer service orientation and growth mindset Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks Ability to learn and operate store systems Preferred Qualifications Associate’s degree or equivalent education/training that demonstrates a growth mindset Experience in consumer retail sales Automotive experience Management or supervisory experience Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision – starting day 1 Paid vacation and holidays On‑the‑job training and company‑funded ASE certifications Flexible work schedule 401(k) match Daily pay program available Values and Inclusion We are a diverse workforce that values professional development, community involvement, integrity, and teamwork.
