Are you a hands-on HR leader who enjoys balancing strategy with execution? Our client is seeking an experienced HR professional to provide leadership and support across key people operations functions during an interim period.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and has experience managing a broad range of HR responsibilities, including compliance, payroll, benefits, systems administration, and employee support. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating independently, navigating change, and partnering with leadership on both day-to-day operations and special projects.

What You'll Do

• Provide leadership and oversight across core human resources operations.
  
• Support payroll, benefits, and employee data management processes.
  
• Ensure HR programs, policies, and practices remain compliant with applicable regulations and organizational standards.
  
• Partner with internal stakeholders to address employee questions and resolve complex HR matters.
  
• Support the administration and maintenance of HR systems and reporting.
  
• Analyze workforce data and provide insights to support business decisions.
  
• Assist with ongoing HR initiatives, projects, and process improvements.
  
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure continuity across key people operations functions.
  
• Provide guidance and support to members of the HR team as needed.
  

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities.
  
• Strong background in HR operations, compliance, payroll, and benefits administration.
  
• Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes and maintaining accurate HR records.
  
• Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  
• Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems.
  
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of an organization.
  
• Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  
• HR certification (SHRM or HRCI) is a plus.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $65.00 per hour
