Trademark and Advertising Associate
\nOur client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking an associate to work in brand protection and advertising with AI, influencer marketing, virtual, and technology clients. This position is open in the firm's New York, San Francisco, Palo Alto, Seattle, Boston, and Washington, DC offices. The salary range for this position is between $235k to $360k.
\n \nQualifications
\n- \n
- 2-5 years of experience in trademark, copyright, advertising, and Internet liability. \n
- Experience with trademark prosecution, clearance searches, trademark oppositions, enforcement and federal litigation. \n
- Experience with advertising/marketing claims, enforcement, and defending content. \n
- Excellent academic credentials is required. \n
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills. \n
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice. \n
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. \n
