Sr. Manager, Heavy/Bulky Logistics, Services And Returns

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Manager to join AMXL, heavy/bulky logistics, services and returns team. This role will identify opportunities to improve our products and services, conduct industry research, perform competitive analyses, measures end-to-end customer experience and streamline processes world wide on behalf of our customers.

Key job responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute end-to-end operational analysis programs which result in impactful customer experience enhancements for heavy/bulky products.
2. Lead programs across multiple product categories and regions, including the scoping, design, data collection, data analysis, recommendations and presenting results to senior management.
3. Partner with senior business leaders across the company in developing programs and communicating/following-up on actionable findings.
4. Work cross functionally with peers/colleagues to support training, best practices, and shared opportunities.
5. Continuous innovation and process improvement efforts to optimize program efficiencies.

Basic qualifications:

• 7+ years of team management experience

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
