Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid Washington SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFYs are welcome
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting highly valued
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students with speech and language impairments
• Develop tailored treatment plans and provide direct therapy services
• Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Contribute to IEP meetings, supporting student goals and compliance requirements
• Offer guidance and resources to teachers and staff to facilitate student success in the classroom
